✨ Off-Season, On-Mission ✨
Our dancers aren’t just waiting for the next routine—they’re building the stamina to slay it. 🏃♀️💨 Today’s class swapped pirouettes for pulse-pounding endurance circuits: think cardio sprints, core burners, and resistance-band combos that keep our muscles firing long after the final eight-count.
Why? Because powerful performances start with powerful lungs and legs. 💪 When competition season hits, we want to float through fouettés without feeling the burn—and that strength begins NOW!
